I’m Crystal – an art therapist and a creative coach. I want women to reconnect with who they really are, underneath all the labels… And find joy that doesn’t depend on their identity. I do this by helping them discover and embrace their authentic selves through art therapy.

You do not need any artistic skills or experience to express your feelings. A creative coaching + art therapy session is often considered a “back door” to taking the first steps to ultimate freedom of expression. It is a safe space for those who want to start making art but feel too exposed in a more public setting. I believe that it is more about getting to your heart. Women worldwide have been creating art in terms of performing arts, expressive arts, domestic arts, mind-body arts, and visual arts to heal, celebrate, create rituals or closure, and express themselves on a soul level.
Of course, sometimes all you really need is a hand to hold, an ear to listen to and a heart to understand. Most therapy sessions use traditional talk therapy and are stronger ways of accessing material that may be too traumatizing or painful to talk through or even think about without excessive distress. Our way is to communicate in a way that often illuminates a different aspect of one experience, allowing for deeper understanding.
While you may find a way to figure this out on your own, you will not have the expertise to resolve conflicts and inhibitions. As an art therapist and creative coach, I am trained to assist women in finding meaning and understanding regarding overwhelming and confusing feelings through creative forms. Where you will gain new perspectives and solutions to deeply ingrained old as well as new issues.

Hybrid program (the first month is 1:1 and then merges into group coaching) In-person or virtual,

I know that you’d be a bit nervous, as it’s evident that the first session can feel a bit scary, but don’t worry, I will be right there to support you. Our first session is all about you and your art therapist and creative coach getting to know each other and developing a positive relationship, which is the foundation for your therapeutic work. We will work together to determine your goals, as well as the frequency of sessions and time frame in which you will be asked some questions about your history or information.
Yes. I’m going to be with you every step so that you and I will feel more comfortable with each other and the more we can build trust and reach your targets. We can work together via messages, calls, and video calls, so I’m as close to your side as possible.
Sessions vary from time to time. Initial sessions are approximately 3 months, of which 1 month for each phase/program consists of 4-2 hours OR 8-1 hour and 1:1 sessions per month.
Your privacy is 100% protected. Any personal information that you share with us will remain with us and can be used for the purposes for which it has been provided.
No. The final payment is the only payment you will be making. We don’t store your credit card information and won’t charge you any extra fees without your explicit approval.

I believe that empowered women empower women. It’s magic that can happen when you gather together where women have too many years battling one another for a fixed seat at the table, and we believe the only way to change this is for women to come together and support one another, fully and authentically. We believe in making a world where women are encouraged to truly feel and express their emotions, rather than repress them, and that women must lead the way. Just know that we are better and stronger, as individuals and as a society when we come together.
